Auto remove sick time accruals from employee reocrd and employee web portal when employee reaches gap time

Currently in Avionte classic and per your technical support in Avionte BOLD,  sick time accruals must be manually tracked via an AQ and manually removed from the employee accrual once they reach the gap time. This is time consuming. and should be automated.  If the accrual is set up to track gap time, the system should automatically remove the accrual once gap time is reached. Additionally, earned accruals, regardless if they do or do not have a balance, automatically appear on the employee web portal, even if they no longer have an accrual balance. This is causing confusion with our temporary employees and our payroll dept.

    The accrual should inactivate and re-set to 0, so there is record in the audit log.
