We need the ability to create FICA EE & MED EE taxes prior to the payroll process so individuals may be marked exempt when needed. These should be created along with Fed & State WH when the W4 is submitted.

I did want to clarify, the request is to enhance the Adobe Sign W4 process, so upon completion the FICA EE & MED EE taxes are generated on the employee record?
Hi Natasha - this would be for legacy eDocs as well as Adobe docs in the future.
This also applies to employees working accross state lines. The Fed W4 only updates the state WH for the resident address and we cannot update the worksite WH until after the first paycheck has been issued.
