The ability for the Front Office to access and reset password for talent/contractors. This should not be a admin duty only and accessible from the talent/contractor page.
Absolutely. This seems like a standard since Classic already has this feature.

I agree. We are not going to give everyone access to users just so they can reset passwords for our Talent. This is something they can do in Classic and should be available in BOLD as well. I home this is something you plan on implementing sooner rather than later.

Agree with the idea, that would help to have a better empowerment with the profiles and let Front office take better control in this situations.
Definetly it would be a great Idea of hving this tool due we received many request for resetinf password and is sometimes hard for one person to receive all the requests

Agreed, it should not be an admin duty. Also by giving admin access to other internal staff member is gives them the access to change their own branch settings which becomes a security risk.
They should rest it themselves by clicking on "Forgot Password." No need for us to get involved unless they inadvertently create two profiles.
